Ease Carolina Summers with Your ThermoSpa |

A common concern that I hear about this time of year is that “my spa is overheating in the summertime". This is caused by a combination of things. We are blessed to live here in the South, but as you know the summer temperatures can be brutal. This is coupled with the fact that your Thermospas Hot Tub is so well insulated, and also that your filtration system actually generates some heat as well.
Those of you with Designer Series Spas that have our 24 Hour Thermofiltration System know that when this happens and the temperature gets above 3 degrees where you have it set- the filtration system will actually shut down to allow the spa to cool. Here are some quick tips. If your Spa is too hot open the cover and let it cool for a bit. If you are lucky enough to have a Spa with a bubbling system- turn it on as well which will quicken the cooling process. Then open up an ice cold beverage of your choice, get in the spa and think about all the great things about living in the South.
